All the information maintained by FineAnces for particular budget is stored in a single .fa file. If you wish to access the same budget in office and at home, you should simply copy the file to your office computer when you're going to

office, and copy an edited version of it to home computer when you're returning home. It's a good idea to put a budget file on a flash drive — in this case you will be able to access it without performing boring copy operations.

Maintain 2 or more budgets

If you wish to maintain several budgets, you should simply create separate budget file for each budget (via File-New Budget menu). When you need to have access to a particular budget, you should open the necessary budget file via File-Open menu.
